Overview
Scaling is a digital marketplace designed to connect entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners — helping them find the right partners to grow and scale their ventures. The platform enables users to raise capital, form partnerships, pitch ideas, and buy or sell businesses, creating a central hub for collaboration and opportunity.
Introduced to the founders through an industry connection, SuperKind was brought on to shape both the brand identity and digital product, guiding the concept from early idea through to MVP and launch.
Objective
The goal was to design a product that would earn users’ trust — a place where meaningful business could happen between complete strangers. Scaling needed to feel professional yet approachable, bridging generational differences while balancing business needs with user needs.
Process
Working closely with the founders and development team, we led the product from UX strategy through to high-fidelity design.
Using Miro for mapping flows and Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, we built a scalable design system and visual identity that was minimal, modern, and clean — establishing credibility through clarity.
The MVP was developed and launched quickly by a dedicated build team, enabling real users to test the platform and provide valuable feedback. Continuous iteration followed, refining the product around the community it was built to serve.
Outcome
The platform launched to positive feedback and has since grown to over 8,000 active users. More importantly, Scaling is now being used for its true purpose — helping small businesses connect, collaborate, and grow.
