Keep Able – Making Reablement Accessible

Funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Keep Able is a free digital platform supporting community aged care providers to deliver a wellness and reablement approach. The platform provides evidence-based resources, tools, and guidance to help providers empower older Australians to live more independently. SuperKind partnered with Keep Able and Jhavtech Studios to design and build a native iOS and Android app that made complex, evidence-led content accessible to a workforce with varying levels of digital literacy.

Objective
The challenge was to create a product that balanced clinical credibility with everyday usability. The app needed to feel authoritative yet approachable, work reliably in low-connectivity environments, and support aged care workers in real-world settings without adding friction to their day.
